- I'm having trouble with a promo code.

We all love a good deal, right?
As a quick reminder, only one discount code can be applied per order, & each code can only be used once per customer. Discount codes are not valid on previous orders. Other restrictions may apply. Please email reachnuimage@gmail.com if you're still having trouble. It's helpful to include what's in your cart in your message so that our team can provide you the most accurate information in their reply.

- I want to cancel/edit my order.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they are placed, including editing the contents of an order, changing the shipping address, or cancelling it entirely.
Please confirm all details, including shipping information & the contents of your order before completing it.

- What payment methods do you accept?

Nu Image Skincare accepts all major credit cards, Afterpay, Apple Pay, & PayPal.
Psst: Apple Pay & PayPal will default to shipping to the address associated with that account, so be sure to double check your details before placing the order!

- Where can I buy?

As of now products can only be purchased online.
